Who This Role Is For This role is perfect for someone who: Loves working with babies/toddlers Enjoys teaching movement, not just gymnastics skills Values emotional development, confidence-building, and positive behavior support Wants to be part of a small, mission-driven team We're looking for someone to fully take ownership of our BYOB (Bring Your Own Baby) program —a foundational program designed to help our tiniest gymnasts build independence, body awareness, and confidence in the gym. This is not just a coaching role. This is a leadership position for someone who wants to run a program like it's their own . What You'll Do Lead and coach all BYOB classes Own the day-to-day operations of the program Develop and evolve curriculum, lesson plans, and class structure Train and support assistant coaches (if applicable) Build relationships with families and create an exceptional class experience Track progress and help kids grow in confidence and skill Collaborate with leadership on program growth and enrollment

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has experience coaching young children (gymnastics, preschool, or similar) Is confident leading a room and making quick decisions Brings strong energy, warmth, and clear communication Takes initiative and loves ownership Is organized and reliable Cares deeply about child development—not just skills
