$119K Base + $6K QPLC Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Program Coordinator to support the Senior NPI Manager in driving successful New Product Introduction (NPI) programs. This role will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional activities, tracking critical deliverables, managing program readiness, and ensuring smooth execution of engineering builds and manufacturing activities. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting hardware development programs, working closely with engineering, manufacturing, operations, and supply chain teams to deliver products on schedule while maintaining quality and operational readiness. Key Responsibilities Support the Senior NPI Manager in coordinating end-to-end execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) programs. Track and manage NPI deliverables, schedules, dependencies, and action items across multiple teams. Own and maintain program execution checklists, ensuring all stakeholders complete deliverables on time. Coordinate Prototype Build Requests (PBRs) and PCBA board deliveries required for operations and engineering builds. Monitor and track DFX activities, including Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and Design for Test (DFT) reviews and closure. Support build readiness activities, manufacturing readiness reviews, and change control processes. Track and publish key program metrics, including schedule, yield, quality, cost, and readiness indicators. Identify risks, issues, and schedule impacts, escalating concerns proactively to program leadership. Participate in cross-functional meetings and drive follow-up actions to closure. Support board and system build activities, ensuring engineering teams have the required resources and materials. Coordinate with manufacturing partners, suppliers, and factory teams to support successful build execution and production readiness. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Operations, or a related technical field. Experience supporting NPI, manufacturing, operations, engineering, or technical program management activities. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in project tracking, reporting, and coordination tools. Ability to work independently while supporting senior leadership objectives. Preferred Qualifications Experience with PCBA builds, board-level development, and system integration. Knowledge of manufacturing readiness and factory coordination processes. Experience supporting Senior NPI Managers, Program Managers, or Operations Managers in hardware development programs.
