Hard Requirements:
Ability to work in Long Beach 4X a week Proven experience as a Program Manager leading complex, cross?functional initiatives Experience working on digital or business transformation programs, (procurement, manufacturing, supply chain is a plus) Strong program planning and execution skills, managing multiple workstreams in parallel Ability to operate independently and drive alignment across technical and non?technical teams Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Hands?on experience using Jira for program and team planning
Key Responsibilities :
Own delivery of assigned workstreams, including roadmap definition, milestones, and dependencies Drive operating cadences, business centric decision?making, and escalations across cross?functional teams Manage risks, priorities, and execution plans tied to vehicle and business milestones Define KPIs and build dashboards to track delivery and progress Partner closely with stakeholders to align expectations and resolve business and execution challenges
