Job Description
The successful Registered or Certified Bilingual Candidate will be responsible for facilitating the DUI (Driving Under the Influence) program, serving the special needs of program participants involved with the behavioral health system or criminal justice system who are under the influence of alcohol or other drugs. Responsible for teaching the educational component of all Driving Under the Influence program levels; providing clients with appropriate placement and orientation within the DUI program; conducting all levels of DUI group counseling services. Maintain a high level of confidentiality. Counselors conduct group and education classes and all aspects of client intakes. Will need to be available to cover all three site locations in Salinas, Seaside and Soledad as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
: AOD background and/or education and must be registered with a qualified State licensing body to provide alcohol/drug instruction. If in recovery, a minimum of two years of sobriety. Bilingual is required.NOTE:
