Stockton, CA Job Details Part-time $23 - $24 an hour 18 hours ago Qualifications Professional ethics Employee relationship building Driver's License Working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds Driving Working with students Working with youth Full Job Description Under the supervision of the Program Manager and Program Specialist, the After-School Program Lead is responsible for coordinating and supervising daily after-school program activities for youth in a safe, engaging, and supportive environment. This position provides leadership to program staff and volunteers, facilitates educational and enrichment activities, and ensures compliance with agency policies and program objectives. The Program Lead serves as a positive role model while promoting youth development, academic success, and social-emotional growth. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Adheres to El Concilio California policies and procedures per the agency employee manual. Provide support to After School Program Group Leaders. Plan, lead, facilitate age appropriate enrichment, academic, and recreational activities. Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times. Maintain accurate attendance and incident reports. Communicate regularly with families and school staff about student progress and behavior. Mediate and resolve performance issue amongst staff. Provide conflict resolution for students to pursue a positive outcome. Assist in managing the program budget, including ordering and organizing supplies. Assist with staff scheduling, training and mentoring. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, offering feedback and adjusting plans as needed. Lead and facilitate academic, enrichment, and recreational activities tailored to various age groups. Ensure the physical and emotional safety of all students through active supervision and structured routines. Encourage student participation, creativity, cooperation, and leadership development. Build strong relationships with school staff to support alignment between the school day and afterschool program. Represent the program professionally in all community and school interactions. Required to work El Concilio California special events and meetings. Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and administration. Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred. EDUCATION
An Associate's degree in Education or related field with 1-3 years of experience working with youth in an educational or recreational setting; A High School Diploma or GED Equivalency, obtain paraprofessional certification, and 2-4 years of experience working with youth in an educational or recreational setting is required in lieu of a degree. Valid Driver's License Personal reliable transportation Successful completion of Sexual Harassment Prevention Training Successful completion of Workplace Violence Prevention Training Successful completion of HIPPA Training Successful completion of Mandated Reporter Training CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) PHYSICAL DEMAND

Primary work environment is an office setting, public venues, and elementary school sites. The employee will frequently be required to work outside in moderate weather.
