• Role Overview
• We are seeking a driven Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs and strategic communication initiatives within Business Operations. This role focuses on driving operational excellence, aligning stakeholders, and delivering impactful communication strategies that enable organizational scale and efficiency.
• Key Responsibilities
• Define and own program charters including scope, timelines, OKRs, risks, and dependencies across multiple teams.

Translate ambiguous business goals into clear milestones and execution plans. Lead end-to-end program execution, including planning, governance, tracking, and reporting. Design and deliver communication strategies that drive awareness, alignment, and execution across the organization. Partner with stakeholders to develop impactful messaging, presentations, and engagement frameworks. Drive continuous improvement of templates, dashboards, and communication assets. Manage change initiatives, including rollout planning, impact analysis, and stakeholder alignment. Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to enable decision-making and resolve priorities. Establish program governance, automate processes, and optimize reporting cadence.

• Qualifications
• Proven experience in Program/Project/Portfolio Management (PgM/TPM).

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience driving organizational change and cross-functional initiatives. Ability to translate complex problems into structured plans and clear messaging. Strong analytical, planning, and execution capabilities. Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

• Preferred
• Experience in Business Operations or Strategic Communications. Technical acumen and data-driven mindset. Strong focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• $120.
