Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions. 7 years of experience in a client-facing role working with partners across multiple levels.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams in sales, consulting, sales enablement, or agency settings. Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads) and marketing measurement or attribution techniques. Ability to synthesize complex data sets and insights into clear, executive-ready presentations. Strong problem-solving skills to manage multiple global projects separately with strict attention to detail. Proven business judgment to troubleshoot, optimize, and recommend creative solutions for products or services. About the job Responsibilities Represent gTech as the primary face for AMER Customer Experience, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver a unified strategy to the Google Customer Solutions (GCS) business. Partner daily with business leadership to drive solution activation, resolve escalations, and advocate continuous service improvements. Track business strategies and feedback to proactively align and optimize gTech solutions design and delivery. Conduct opportunity analyses to provide actionable recommendations that maximize advertiser value. Prepare executive communications and performance reporting regarding service engagement, operations, and stakeholder satisfaction.
