Full Job Description Position Overview:
Support daily program operations, manage scheduling and communication, and ensure classes run smoothly. Stay organized, track details closely, and follow through on tasks.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate class schedules, changes, and updates Communicate with students, parents, and teachers in a clear and timely way Track attendance, cancellations, and make up sessions Support teachers with materials, updates, and class needs Monitor student progress and flag concerns when needed Maintain accurate and organized records Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and file management Assist with resolving scheduling conflicts and last minute issues Ensure smooth day to day operations during class hours Coordinate with team members to stay aligned on schedules and updates
Qualifications:
Prior experience in coordination, admin, or education support preferred Strong organization and attention to detail Responsible with strong follow through Able to manage multiple tasks at once in a fast paced setting Clear and professional communication skills Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
Schedule:
Flexible hours, with preference for afternoon and evening availability Weekday and weekend shifts may be required
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
