Tulare, CA Job Details Part-time From $25 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Vendor relationship building Computer operation Records maintenance Research Organizational skills Computer skills Marketing Full Job Description Overview Legacy Center Program Co-ordinator (Part-Time) Sundale Foundation The Sundale Foundation is seeking a creative, organized, and community-minded individual to serve as the Legacy Center Program Coordinator for the Legacy Center, our community center dedicated to enrichment, connection, and lifelong learning for adults and children in our community. This is a part-time position averaging 10 hours per week (potential for growth) at a pay rate of $25 per hour. Position Summary The Legacy Center Program Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing original community programs and enrichment opportunities that align with the vision and mission of the Legacy Center. This individual will work closely with the Executive Director to help bring the Legacy Center's vision to life through engaging classes, workshops, events, and partnerships. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills who enjoys building relationships and creating meaningful experiences for the community. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and coordinate original programs, classes, workshops, and community events for adults and children
  • Research and identify community interests and enrichment opportunities
  • Network and build relationships with vendors, instructors, performers, and community partners
  • Coordinate scheduling, communication, and logistics for programs and events
  • Assist with promoting programs through community outreach and marketing efforts
  • Work collaboratively with the Executive Director to support the growth and vision of the Legacy Center
  • Maintain organized records related to programming, contacts, and schedules
  • Evaluate program success and recommend future opportunities for community engagement Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Creative thinker with a passion for community engagement
  • Experience in event planning, program coordination, education, recreation, or community outreach preferred
  • Comfortable networking and building professional relationships
  • Basic computer and administrative skills required Schedule & Compensation
  • Part-time position: approximately 10 hours per week
Compensation:
$25 per hour
