Hannah's Gift ABA About the Role Hannah's Gift ABA is seeking a compassionate and experienced BCBA to join our team in a unique non-clinical family and staff support role serving the Denver, Aurora, and surrounding Colorado areas. This is not a traditional BCBA supervision position . This role is designed for a BCBA who enjoys being hands-on with families and staff in the field by providing practical support, parent guidance, staff assistance, and in-person training support. The main focus of this position is to help strengthen communication and support between families, RBTs, and the clinical team. Compensation This position pays up to $90 per billable hour , depending on experience, availability, and fit for the role. Responsibilities Visit families in person throughout Denver, Aurora, and surrounding areas. Provide families with additional support, guidance, and practical tips related to their child's ABA services. Assist with parent training and help families better understand how to support their child during daily routines. Support RBTs in the field with general staff-related questions, concerns, and practical challenges. Assist with in-person staff training, onboarding, and mentoring when needed. Help identify family or staff concerns and communicate them appropriately to the clinical team. Promote a positive, supportive, and professional experience for both families and employees. Help improve consistency, communication, and overall service quality. Important Note About This Position This position is not a clinical supervision role and does not replace the assigned supervising BCBA. Clinical supervision, treatment planning, program modifications, clinical decision-making, and formal case oversight will remain the responsibility of the assigned clinical BCBA. This role is focused on family support, staff support, parent guidance, in-person training assistance, and general field support . Qualifications Current BCBA certification required. Experience working with children with autism and their families. Experience working with RBTs or ABA staff preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain ABA concepts in a simple, practical, and family-friendly way. Comfortable traveling to family homes in Denver, Aurora, and nearby areas. Reliable transportation required.
