This role focuses on coordinating placements, assisting with certification requirements, and ensuring documentation meets Colorado state regulations. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in child welfare or case management who is passionate about supporting children and families. Key Responsibilities Coordinate foster care placements and match children with appropriate foster homes Support foster home certification and re-certification processes Assist with home studies and certification documentation Communicate regularly with foster parents, case managers, and team members Review and maintain documentation to ensure compliance with Colorado requirements Track deadlines, certification status, and required paperwork Maintain accurate and timely case records Support day-to-day placement and certification activities

QualificationsRequired:

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field 1-2 years of experience in child welfare, foster care, or related field Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Must pass all required background checks

Preferred:

Experience with foster home certification or placement coordination Familiarity with Colorado child welfare system Experience with Trails system Compensation & Benefits $23-$27/hour based on experience Mileage reimbursement for home visits Paid sick leave Supportive team environment Opportunities for professional growth Work Location Aurora, CO (In-person role with required home visits)
