Summary:
Assists with provider recruitment activities and performs administrative duties needed to support Provider Recruitment.
Responsibilities:
Serves as primary provider recruitment resource. Provides on-site support. Coordinates scheduling and travel for complex physician on site interviews, career fairs, conferences, recruitment events, Process Improvement efforts, and other relevant activities and projects to support physician recruitment department. Follows up with additional resources as needed. Other duties as assigned. Makes face-to-face visits to vendors within the community to support recruitment efforts. Communicates on behalf of the directors and managers with different management levels to clearly and accurately deliver messages. Provides department administrative support including (but not limited to) managing calendars for appointment booking, scheduling travel, managing inventory, stocking supplies, ordering promotional items, invoice coordination, onboarding, mileage, non-monetary compensation, and purchasing cards. Prepares department specific reports and presentation materials. Maintains databases and spreadsheets to track information. Creates reports and other correspondence. Compile data for scheduled or special reports. Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
Required Licensure/Certification:

Minimum Experience:
2 years' experience working with physicians and/or medical practices.
Preferred:
Experience in healthcare provider recruitment, sales or marketing.

BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
