Job Description

This is a startup company! We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Day Program Lead to join our team. The Program Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of our day program. This role requires strong leadership skills, relationship management abilities, and a passion for making a positive impact in the community. You will be going into the community with disabled adults. Duties
  • Transport members of the IDD community around in the community.
  • Collaborate with community partners to enhance program effectiveness
  • Develop and implement program goals, objectives, and strategies
  • Monitor program outcomes and make necessary adjustments for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
  • Conduct regular program evaluations to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide reports to senior management on program performance Experience The ideal candidate for this position will have:
  • Proven experience in program development and management
  • Good driving record
  • Strong knowledge of working with people with developmental disabilities
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Budgeting experience and the ability to manage resources effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead a team
