Associate Program Manager Kratos Space Training & Cyber United States, Colorado, Colorado Springs Jun 08, 2026 Readiness Delivered. Kratos is looking for a Junior level Project/Program Manager to support various technical projects and programs. The position with be a Project Manager Deputy Level 1 and will involve supporting various Project/Program administrative and programmatic tasks such as, Action Item tracking a resolution coordination, equipment/material ordering and tracking, fulfilling SCRUM Master tasks, supporting budget tracking and assessment, project execution status, customer deliverable status and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with day?to?day coordination of Space/SATCOM program activities. Help update schedules, track milestones, and maintain action items. Work with engineering, operations, finance, and logistics teams to support program tasks. Prepare meeting materials, status updates, documentation, and briefings. Support communication with customers and internal teams to track requirements and follow up on needs. Help monitor program budgets and financial data with guidance from senior team members. Assist in tracking contract deliverables and ensuring quality requirements are met. Support proposal development by collecting inputs and organizing documents. Follow all security requirements and correctly handle classified information.

Required Experience:
Work with Program Managers, Finance, Schedulers, and Engineers to track and status progress on the project. Define and execute ordering of equipment/materials and ensuring they are received and delivered as appropriate Knowledge and Experience using MS Excel & Word Track, status, and coordinate Action Item resolution Support, build, track, and status project/program schedules Track and status project/program budget and execution Be able to present programmatic information to team members, management and customers as appropriate A self-starter and able to work closely in a fast paced, small or large project teams (an absolute must) Team player and capable of working in a fast-pasted, team environment. (an absolute must) Active TS/SCI clearance. Strong communication and organizational skills. Willingness to learn and take initiative. Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and basic scheduling tools. BA Business Administration and or equivalent Preferred Skills and Experience Internship or exposure to DoD, aerospace, or government programs. Interest in Space or SATCOM systems. Basic understanding of project management concepts. Ability to interpret simple technical information and ask clarifying questions. Coursework or training related to project management or systems engineering. Experience troubleshooting and analytic problem solving #LI-Onsite The grade-based pay range for this job is listed below. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Salary Range:
