Position Summary Odyssey Systems an Integrated, Immersive, Intelligent Environment (I3E) Program Manager supporting Space System Command's System Delta 85 (SYD 85), Mission Integration Branch In this role, you will be providing Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) supporting the US Space Force mission to protect and defend National Security Interests in Space. SYD 85 is the U.S. Space Force organization responsible for developing and delivering resilient space capabilities supporting Battle Management, Command, Control, Communication, and Space Intelligence (BMC3I). SYD 85 synchronizes acquisition efforts for critical space system capabilities and works together with Combat Forces Command (CFC) Mission Deltas to improve mission readiness.
The I3E program is a critical component of the SYD 85 mission to provide decision dominance in the space domain. This role requires a strategic leader capable of delivering advanced simulation, AI-driven data exploitation, and immersive digital twin environments to U.S. Space Force operators. This is a full-time position in downtown Colorado Springs, CO with an opportunity to telework 1 day per week at the discretion of the Government. Responsibilities An A&AS contractor is a knowledgeable and trusted advisor to the Government Program Office. As an I3E Program Manager, you will work closely with the Government Program Manager and provide Advisory and Assistance Services in support of various program management disciplines including development, execution, and oversight of action plans, schedules, finance, funding, risk management, oversight of contracted initiatives associated with the development, modification, upgrade, and sustainment of the mission. You will assist in the oversight of multiple small-to mid-sized contracts developing and fielding war fighting systems. Duties include, but are not limited to: Apply programmatic knowledge and experience to advise the Government Program Management Office
Assure that short and long-range plans and actions are consistent with service goals, schedules, policies, and objectives outlined in the program roadmap
Maintain a master program schedule that aligns with SYD 85 milestones
Ensure all deliverables meet USSF operational, technical, and cybersecurity requirements
Provide programmatic oversight and management of the (I3E) contract, ensuring the successful optimization and operation of Commercial and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) level cloud environments dedicated to AI/ML development, testing, and scaling
Develop and maintain technical road-maps for AI Hub initiatives and pilot transitions, tracking dependencies across organizations to ensure policy, network, and security requirements are met prior to operational deployment.
Coordinate with appropriate platform, infrastructure, and network organizations to facilitate compute environments, data access, and network connectivity for AI/ML development and deployment.
Develop Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and MOAs for AI platform access, tool provisioning, and shared services.
Oversee management and monitor AI project life-cycles and integration activities using agile processes; exhibit close collaboration with AI developers, data providers, and USSF operational data programs.
Act as the primary interface to the SYD 85/BNN

Facilitate regular program management reviews (PMRs), technical interchange meetings (TIMs), and status briefings
Develop and execute integrated risk reduction strategies and recommendations to mitigate identified program risk conditions
Prepare directives, issuances, memorandums, policy statements, and other written guidelines and recommendations, as required
Develop and defend program objective memorandum (POM) inputs to capture disconnects and initiatives to meet program goals
Assist with the development of financial progress reports in support of finance reviews
Assist with coordinating the resolution of programmatic issues and deficiencies with prime contractors and other support contractors
Maintain strong relationships across a wide spectrum of stakeholders including USSF, USAF, USN, USSPACECOM, USINDOPACOM, USEUCOM, USSOCOM, OSD/R&E, SSDP, intelligence community (IC) partners, and international partners
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Government Contract, Legal, Finance, and Program teams
Support the Government's planning, acquisition, modification, and execution of multiple contracts
Assist with translating user requirements into statements of work documentation
Assist with writing, coordinating, and maintaining program documentation regarding requirements, costs, schedules, performance, risks, opportunities, impacts, and program status
Support stakeholder engagement on matters affecting program execution
Provide relevant input to acquisition planning activities. Assists in the build and release of requests for proposals (RFPs)
Assist with the review, evaluation, and award of proposals, prepare and coordinate contract documentation
Travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations at the request of the Government

Bachelor's degree in business, Systems Engineering, Engineering Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field Years of Experience:
8 years of directly relevant experience, 4 of which must be in the DoD, OR, MA/MS degree and 4 years of directly relevant experience, 2 of which must be in the DoD Other Qualifications:
Some technical awareness of AI/ML ecosystems, cloud computing environments (Commercial, CUI, and TS/SCI), DevSecOps, MLOps, and enterprise data pipelines
Knowledge of and experience with the AI/ML capability life-cycle and data modeling
Demonstrated ability to assist in assembling, organizing, and managing a high-performing Program Management Office (PMO) team
Able to brief and interact comfortably and professionally with senior leadership
Strong customer engagement experience, particularly in bridging the gap between technical AI developers and operational mission users
Persistent work ethic to promptly and consistently engage with stakeholders
Ability to manage, coordinate, and track multiple simultaneous AI/ML pilot programs, cloud infrastructure deployments, and cross-organizational initiatives; this will require extreme attention to detail and discipline in managing day-to-day PMO activities
Demonstrated ability to interact with and build effective relationships and teams with government customers, FFRDCs, and contractors, working in a highly dynamic environment
Knowledge of government financial management processes and systems
Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) with internal and external clients Preferred Qualifications:

DoD Acquisition, Logistics, or Sustainment experience supporting similar requirements in Air Force, Space Force, Army, Navy, Missile Defense Agency, intelligence, Federally Funded Research Development Center (FFRDC), or DoD/DoE Laboratory organizations
Familiarity and proven work experience with DoD Acquisition Program Management, including DoD Adaptive Acquisition Framework (5000 series) processes and requirements
Knowledge of the Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System (CCaRs)
Experience developing solicitation documents (RFI, RFP, PWS, SOW) and evaluating proposals
Experience with government financial management processes and systems
Knowledge of Confluence and Jira
