Job Description:
Sigmatech is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the Mission Delta 9 Staff at Schriever SFB, CO. This position will be responsible for the following: Provide status of all Mission Delta 9 facility and maintenance infrastructure activities to Senior Leaders. Provide program management support for facility constructions to include entire project lifecycle from initial concept through closeout Coordinate with multiple military base's offices/agencies ie. Contracting office, Civil Engineering Sq, Comms Sq etc... Provide technical analysis and refinement of existing Mission Delta 9 facility requirements to support unit expansions and renovations Ensure all Mission Delta 9 facility requirements remain synchronized with DoW's Program Objective Memo (POM) cycle and Technical Requirements Packages ID, analyze, and present viable options for Mission Delta 9 facility requirements ie. renovation, utilizing government properties, security new commercial leases Develop and maintain comprehensive Progect Management Plan for each project, detailing scope, schedule, milestones, budget, risks and communication plan Support planning, developing, and executing Mission Delta 9 POM cycle activities Develop and manage an integrated Mission Delta 9 resource plan mapping resources to projects
Experience and Skills:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in technical engineering, science, or business degree 10+ years of project management or technical leadership experience Ability to understand the Government's needs and issues, as an embedded SME Demonstrated experience generating and decomposing system requirements Demonstrated excellence in prior supervisory positions Attention to detail and proficiency in task management Ability to organize and manage a team Experience developing program schedules and controlling budgets to meet required deadlines Experience leading technical projects in the National Security Space domain Must be a team player who helps develop others Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor the message to the audience Excellent computer skills Experience creating and maintaining a project schedule using tools such as Microsoft Project Must be a US citizen and possess a current TS/SCI security clearance and be eligible for Special Accesses Must be able to travel
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree in systems, electrical or mechanical engineering, or MBA Contracting or Civil Engineering requirements generation experience Successful program management experience in DoW Leadership experience in the military In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act the salary for this position is $150,000 - $175,000; however, Sigmatech considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, experience, education/training, key skills, location and often contractual requirements.
