  • is responsible for leading mid-size service programs supporting regional and local area customers.
This role drives project and service growth initiatives, manages communications, security upgrade programs, and develops standardized processes and procedures that ensure consistent, scalable service delivery across multiple regions. The Program Manager acts as the strategic liaison between project teams, engineering, operations, and the customer—ensuring program alignment, execution excellence, and successful delivery of long-term communication and security systems maintenance upgrades and modernization initiatives. Key Responsibilities Program Leadership & Strategy Lead long-term mid-size customer programs supporting regional and local area customers. Oversee planning, execution, risk management, and delivery of modernization and technology upgrade initiatives. Develop and track program KPIs, SLAs, and performance benchmarks. Service Growth & Performance Identify opportunities to expand service and program offerings, contract scope, and operational efficiencies. Partner with regional GMs, Operations Directors, and Service Managers to drive measurable service and program growth results. Maintain oversight of program-related P&L impact (forecasting, cost control, margin protection). Process Development & Standardization Develop scalable service and program processes, SOPs, and workflows to support consistent multi-site program execution. Implement best-practice service methodologies across field service, engineering, logistics, and customer support teams. Drive continuous improvement through root-cause analysis and data-driven decision making. Customer Engagement & Enterprise Partnership Act as the program-level owner and primary executive liaison for mid-size partner programs. Direct cross-functional teams to ensure high-visibility customer expectations are met or exceeded. Facilitate briefings, QBRs, and performance reviews with internal and customer leadership. Cross-Functional Leadership Coordinate workstreams across Field Operations, Engineering, Sales Engineering, Supply Chain, and Customer Success. Mentor team members involved in program execution may indirectly and directly oversee teams. Ensure alignment between field execution and strategic business objectives. Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years in service operations, project/program management, or security and communications technology roles. Experience with security, communications infrastructure, or mission-critical systems preferred. Strong background in enterprise account support or large-scale service delivery. Demonstrated experience developing processes, SOPs, and operational playbooks. Excellent communication, customer engagement, and executive-level presentation skills. Performing job site walks to ensure project work is aligned with customer expectations, quality, and consistent execution is required and will involve surveying large manufacturer facilities with multi-levels of operations to include stairwells and elevated structures. PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred. Advanced knowledge level of Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, Pivot Tables, Power Point and other presentation/proposal tools. 30%(+) Travel for customer meetings and project needs will be required within North America, Canada, and beyond in some cases.
