As a Program Supervisor , you will lead and support a team dedicated to helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live with dignity, independence, and purpose. Since 1972, Community Options has provided high-quality, person-centered services that empower individuals and support families throughout the community. This leadership role combines direct support, staff supervision, and program oversight to ensure quality services and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include supervising daily program operations, implementing and monitoring individualized service plans, supporting the health and safety of individuals served, coordinating appointments and activities, maintaining accurate records and documentation, approving timesheets, and ensuring compliance with agency and state requirements. Program Supervisors also assist with hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating staff while fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment. Participation in an on-call rotation and transporting individuals using agency vehicles may also be required. Qualified applicants must possess a high school diploma or GED, a valid Colorado driver's license with an acceptable driving record, and the ability to meet all agency hiring and eligibility requirements. Two years of direct care experience, prior supervisory experience, and experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities are preferred. Successful candidates are dependable, organized, compassionate leaders who communicate effectively, solve problems proactively, and work well in a fast-paced environment.
