Full-time, salaried, non-union, 12-month position July 1 - June 30 Position Summary Farmington Public Schools is seeking a Supervisor of Youth Enrichment & Academies to oversee school-year enrichment programs and the Summer Learning Academy. This role includes program development, instructor recruitment, enrollment management, and coordination of daily operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred Experience in youth programming or education Strong organizational and communication skills Key Responsibilities Develop and manage enrichment programs (Pre-KGrade 8) Coordinate instructors, registrations, and program logistics Support programming across elementary and Pre-K sites, including regular site visits Oversee marketing and social media outreach Manage budgets, purchasing, and financial processes CoordinateFIRST LEGO
