Position Summary Jayvyn's Journey is seeking a dedicated and hands-on Enrichment Coordinator to support the daily implementation of programming for teens with autism. This role serves as a key support position between the Lead Program Facilitator and Youth Engagement Interns, helping ensure that activities are engaging, structured, and effectively executed. The Enrichment Coordinator will work directly with participants while also providing guidance and support to interns.

Participant Support Expectations:

Comfortable working 1:1, 1:2 or small groups with participants Up to 4 participants independently (with Lead support available) Ability to manage engagement while maintaining safety and structure

Program Areas Include:

Life Skills Enrichment, Social Club, Sensory Room, Independent Living Skills, Vocational Skills, and Recreational ActivitiesKey Responsibilities Facilitate and support daily enrichment activities across all program areas Work directly with participants in small groups or individually Support and guide Youth Engagement Interns during program activities Follow direction and daily plans provided by the Lead Program Facilitator Assist in maintaining structure, transitions, and engagement throughout the program Provide redirection and behavioral support using calm and respectful approaches Ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment at all times Communicate effectively with Lead Program Facilitator regarding participant needs and program flow Qualifications Required Experience working with youth (preferred) Interest in autism, education, psychology, or human services Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Patient, reliable, and able to take initiative Comfortable providing hands-on support and redirection Schedule Flexible based on availability: Morning or Afternoon Session Employment Type Part-Time | On-Site To be considered for this position, applicants must complete the application on our website at: jayvynsjourney.com and click on the Join Our Team tab.
