  • Position Summary The Lead Program Facilitator plays a leadership role in guiding daily recreational activities and supporting a positive, inclusive group environment.
This role supports the Program & Operations Manager and helps lead groups of teens with Autism during scheduled program hours. Key Responsibilities Facilitate structured recreational and social activities Support peer interaction, cooperation, and engagement Assist with maintaining a safe and respectful environment Provide guidance and direction to Youth Engagement Support Staff during sessions Monitor participant behavior and support positive group dynamics Follow all program policies, safety guidelines, and procedures Qualifications Required Experience working with autistic teens or neurodiverse youth preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Patient, energetic, and dependable Comfortable leading small and medium-sized groups CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Background check required Bilingual preferred but not required Schedule Morning and/or afternoon shifts available Consistent weekday availability preferred Employment Type W-2 position Part time or Full Time Available
