Job Description

Team Manager -
Parenting Support Services Position Overview:
Provide managerial and professional leadership to the assigned programs. We are seeking a Team Manager for Reunification and Therapeutic Family Time (RTFT) / Parenting Support Services (PSS). This pivotal role contributes to our mission by overseeing programs that support families in need, ensuring quality service delivery and fostering positive outcomes.
Minimum Education Requirements:
MSW (CT-LMSW required), MFT (CT-MFT-A required), Master's Degree in Counseling (CT-LPC-A required).
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of clinical or program management experience (Preferred). Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, and administrative skills. Proficiency in documentation and use of electronic health records.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 9:00A.M. - 5:30 P.M. Nights and weekends as needed.
Work Location :
In-person This position requires working in two locations: 140 North Frontage Road, Mansfield Center, CT 06241 and 303 Putnam Road, Wauregan, CT 06378
Salary Range:
$65,000 - $75,000 based on experience
