We are currently seeking a full-time Program Director to join our team at the Norwalk Alternative in the Community office located in Norwalk, Connecticut. The Program Director is responsible for planning, directing, organizing, and coordinating the overall functions and activities of the day-to-day business for the assigned state agencies. The Program Director will serve as an on-site liaison between Centurion and our client, which will include updating Centurion's management team on the program's overall progress and goals as well as responding to any inquiries or concerns of the client. The Program Manager will also oversee the program's policies and procedures to ensure their effectiveness and compliance with all federal and state laws, regulations, and guidelines. Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, social services, administration, public administration, or a related field Two years of management experience required Bilingual English/Spanish a plus Experience in staffing and community based programming preferred Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Schedule:
