8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm (37.5 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

Managing full lifecycle of leave cases, approximately 150 active leaves Administering employee leave programs including FMLA, short and long-term disability, and more Serving as the primary contact for employees and managers during leave processes Tracking leave balances and return-to-work timelines Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company policies Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in LOA Management High School Diploma / GED Deep knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and compliance requirements Experience with HRIS systems, like Oracle or ADP Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Certification in LOA management
