Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Adult Day Center Director to lead and oversee the daily operations of our adult day services program Memory Lane. This vital role involves managing staff, developing engaging programs, and ensuring a safe, supportive environment for individuals with Dementia and memory loss. As the director, you will foster meaningful relationships with clients, families, staff, and community partners to promote independence, well-being, and integration into general Senior Center . Your leadership will inspire a team dedicated to delivering high-quality care and enriching experiences for all participants. Duties Lead the overall management of the adult day center, including program development, staff and volunteer supervision, and operational oversight. Develop innovative, person-centered programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of individuals with dementia. Recruit, train, and supervise staff members and volunteers to ensure high standards of engagement, safety, and professionalism. Build strong relationships with clients' families and guardians to promote open communication to enhance client's experiences. Manage administrative functions such as budgeting, scheduling, compliance documentation, and record keeping. Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants by implementing policies that support Dementia Clients. Collaborate with community organizations, healthcare providers, and funding agencies to enhance program offerings and expand community resources. Experience Proven management experience in a healthcare or social services setting, preferably within adult day programs or similar community-based services. Demonstrated success in program development and implementation for individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health challenges. Experience working directly with individuals with dementia. Excellent relationship management skills to foster partnerships with families, community agencies, and clients. Pay:
$48,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
