The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to serve as the primary business owner for assigned customer programs. This role is accountable for the full programmatic lifecycle — from customer relationship management and delivery performance to financial outcomes and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and strategic operator comfortable representing programs at the senior leadership level while also driving execution at the ground level. What You willDo:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer support activities, ensuring timely and professional resolution of customer needs and concerns
- Coordinate with production, operations, and supply chain teams to manage delivery schedules and ensure customer requirements are consistently met
- Represent assigned programs to company senior leadership, providing clear reporting on on-time delivery, production capacity, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Direct and align the work of cross-functional team members from manufacturing, procurement, and engineering to support program objectives
- Organize and facilitate program reviews, team meetings, and recurring business cadence activities
- Manage the financial sales plan associated with programmatic deliveries, including tracking and forecasting against plan
- Own the full business performance of assigned programs and customers, with accountability for operational performance, revenue, EBITA, and cost reduction initiatives
- Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and the development of concise, executive-ready presentation materials
- Manage, track, and communicate production delivery status internally and externally
- Translate customer demand and order activity into actionable inputs for the operations value stream
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in program management, preferably in a manufacturing or aerospace/defense environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing sales plans, EBIT, and cost performance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level presentation experience
- Proficiency with program management tools and ERP/MRP systems preferred
- PMP certification a plus
Pay Range:
$91.35/hour - $100.00/hour Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.Work Requirements:
We offer flexible work options, including hybrid arrangements, to support the need of the role and align with company policies. This position is located in Windsor Locks, CT and is considered hybrid with 1 day required on-site. You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours. Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.Travel Requirements:
Due to the nature of the work, no travel is required.Citizenship Requirement:
