Job Description

About the Role The Engagement Lead is responsible for leading day-to-day delivery across a portfolio of healthcare and life sciences clients. This role goes beyond execution. You will translate strategy into action, applying structured thinking to complex business challenges and helping clients navigate the intersection of scientific data, market dynamics, and brand strategy. Working within a lean, senior team, you will operate with a consulting-oriented mindset, balancing strong delivery discipline with the ability to contribute meaningfully to strategic discussions and outputs. Responsibilities Strategic Delivery Translate strategic direction into clear, actionable plans across workstreamsSupport development of brand strategy, positioning, segmentation, and messagingSynthesize scientific data, competitive intelligence, and market dynamics into client-ready outputsEnsure alignment across commercial, medical, and organizational prioritiesProactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities in delivery Client Leadership Serve as day-to-day client lead across accountsLead client meetings, working sessions, and workshopsBuild strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholdersCommunicate complex ideas clearly and confidently, demonstrating strong presentation skills Consulting & Problem Solving Apply structured, consulting-style thinking to client challengesConnect scientific, clinical, and commercial inputs into cohesive recommendationsContribute to key strategic questions, including brand positioning, competitive response, and audience engagement Operational Excellence Manage timelines, scope, and deliverables across accountsEnsure work is delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standardMaintain strong organization across multiple priorities and stakeholders Technology & Data Fluency Leverage approved tools and emerging technologies to support synthesis, reporting, and deliveryEngage with data and analytics as inputs into strategyApply critical thinking to ensure outputs are accurate, relevant, and insight-driven Growth Contribution Identify opportunities to expand scope and deepen client relationshipsSupport proposal development and strategic planningContribute to improving team processes and overall delivery quality About You 5-8 years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, consulting, or advisory environmentsExperience managing complex, cross-functional accounts or projectsExposure to consulting, brand strategy, or data-driven environments preferredStrong problem-solving and structured thinking skillsAbility to synthesize complex scientific and market informationConfident communicator with strong client presence and presentation skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detail What Makes Us Different JPA Health offers you the opportunity to work with purpose as you achieve extraordinary results for our clients.
