Job Description

To Apply for this Job Click Here Our client, a professional association within the legal field, is seeking a Nonprofit Program Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
Serve as a first point of contact for clients, managing in-person and phone intakes Assess client needs and provide referrals to appropriate legal services Maintain case records, data entry, and reporting in internal systems (CRM preferred) Support legal clinics and coordinate logistics for on-site and off-site programs Assist attorneys with administrative support, client coordination, and case-related tasks Manage office operations including supplies, scheduling, and daily workflow coordination Support documentation updates, reporting requirements, and process improvements
About You:
Bachelor's degree preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM/database experience preferred (Salesforce a plus) Experience working in nonprofit or legal services environment preferred Additional language skills a plus
