Key Personnel must meet the following minimum requirements:
Program Manager Minimum Experience:
The Program Manager shall possess a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in managing projects or programs of similar scope and complexity, including at least five (5) years of direct experience managing government contracts or programs. Experience in administrative or operational support service environments is highly desirable.
The Program Manager shall demonstrate:
Proficiency in project management methodologies and contract management. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Ability to prepare and deliver professional briefings, reports, and correspondence. Competence in risk management, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to ensure continuity of operations and successful task execution. Experience in budget management, resource allocation, and financial reporting related to contract performance.
Minimum Education:
The Program Manager shall possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related field.
Substitution:
In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an additional four (4) years of relevant experience managing government contracts or programs may be substituted. This substitution requires a total of fourteen (14) years of directly relevant experience, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of program management principles and government contracting
Pay:
From $110,000.00 per year
