Training Support Specialist Req #8097 Washington, DC, USA Apply Share Job Description Posted Monday, June 22, 2026 at 1:00 AM We are TekPro Support Services, LLC (TSS) an 8(a) Certified Alaska Native Company (ANC), and a subsidiary of the Bristol Bay Native Corporation (BBNC). We support several military installations and federal agencies across the nation and drive our missions toward success. TSS seeking an International Training Support Specialists to directly support the US Coast Guard's (USCG) Directorate of International Affairs and office of the Foreign Policy Advisor (DCO-I). Candidates must have and be able to maintain an active/established Secret Clearance. Primary place of performance is the National Capital Region (NCR), USCG Headquarters Building, 2703 Martin Luther King JR Ave SE Washington, DC 20593. In this position, the candidate is in direct support of the following internationally-focused Coast Guard functions: Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Foreign Military Financing (FMF), Maritime Security Initiative (MSI) and Bureau of International and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) case development and management, USCG's Non-Proliferation (NP), and Export Controls and Border Security program. This position is contingent upon award of contract.
What You'll Do:
The role involves comprehensive program management and administrative support, across a broad range of duties, including, but not limited to, the following: Interacting with individual regional training managers to identify their resident training quota requirements, analyzing availability based upon assigned annual program allocations, and entering requirements into the quota management system. Assisting with the management of international students and address any student management issues to the appropriate regional training manager. Utilizing the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS) software program and providing task accomplishment reports on a weekly basis In cooperation with Training Center (TRACEN) Yorktown, Mobile Training Branch (MTB), the contractor must develop, schedule, and manage the execution of all

Mobile Training Teams (MTTs). Facilitating official foreign visits by various international classes to USCG HQ. Assisting in planning, coordinating, executing, and escorting foreign visitor delegations to USCG Headquarters, training centers, and operational units, which are sponsored by or directly supporting training and technical assistance programs. Liaising with the Combatant Commands, foreign country Security Assistance Officers (SAOs) and Offices, Foreign Commercial Service and Defense Attaches, and USCG regional training managers to aid in developing training and assistance in support of Coast Guard

activities. Coordinating with the DCO-I-2 Security Cooperation Team Lead in attending and supporting USCG interests at Security Cooperation program management reviews, conferences, briefings, and workshops in the U.S. and OCONUS. Coordinating with the DCO-I-2 Security Cooperation Team Lead to assist in the development of interagency, security assistance international agreements, while obtaining security cooperation funding from across multiple U.S. Government sources. Supporting the DCO-I-2 Security Cooperation Team Lead to develop work plans, activity maps, and budgets for capacity building interagency agreements and executing these work plans to include scheduling resident students, MTTs, maritime advisors, and subject matter expert exchanges.
What You Bring:
Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, Education or related field 3+ yrs of recent relevant experience Familiar with LMS platforms and e-Learning tools. Excellent written and verbal communication Strong analytical skills and ability to track organizational training needs.
