We enhance the quality of life by creatively providing Education, Advocacy, Prevention, Early Intervention and Treatment Services. We promote hope and empowerment to persons and families touched by mental illness, substance abuse, HIV and multiple occurring diagnoses, and their related challenges. Are you eager to provide direction and clinical oversite in an outpatient therapeutic setting? We are seeking a Program Manager to support the day-to-day. What You'll Do At Brandywine Counseling as
Program Manager:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site and overall responsibility for administrative operations of site. Ensures site operates in most effective and efficient manner, with emphasis on facility upkeep and maintenance, and safety and welfare of employees. Work to enhance a positive group culture and maintain positive employee morale. Provide direction and performance feedback to staff. Provide clinical supervision as required. Approve treatment plans, clinical documentation as needed Conduct new hire training with any new staff. Ensure that staff is oriented on building policies and safety. Seek ways to improve overall efficiency of site with goal of reducing overhead expenses wherever possible. Plan, develop, administer, and evaluate programs.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of assessment and counseling/therapy principles as well as drug and alcohol treatment clinical practices Knowledge of MAT services and practices Considerable knowledge of population being served and available resources. May require crisis intervention to emergency situations. Ability to serve as a positive and professional role model. Skills in managing multiple priorities. Ability to work independently and as part of a focused team. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
Requirements:
Qualifications for this position are:
REQUIRED
Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, Psychology, Human Services or related field
Preferred :
Master's Degree in Sociology, Psychology, Human Services or related field
REQUIRED
: Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in a treatment capacity
REQUIRED
:
CADC / CCDP
Preferred :
LCSW Schedule:
Monday - Friday 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Pay:
Starting at $30/hour Commensurate on experience, education, and certification / licensure!
