Job Description

This position is located in the District of Delaware, Wilmington, DE. The selectee of this position serves as a Program Support Specialist. You will be responsible for providing advice and assistance to management on human resources, financial, budget management, procurement, property management, records management, conducting management and program analysis studies, etc..
GS-09 TIME IN GRADE REQUIREMENTS
Merit promotion applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year at the GS-07 grade level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-09 grade level. (Must submit your SF-50 that shows Time-in-Grade eligibility and reflects your title, series, and grade. No award SF-50 will be accepted). You may qualify at the
GS-0301-09
level, if you fulfill the following qualifications: A.
Specialized Experience:
One year (12-months) of full-time specialized work experience equivalent to the GS-07 grade level in the Federal service that demonstrates your ability to 1) Providing office administrative services in order to investigate and resolve a variety of problems and/or conditions; 2) Working with a team on preparing a budget to ensure that funds are obligated; and 3) Compiling, reviewing and preparing report data for completeness and accuracy. OR B.
Education:
Possess master's or equivalent graduate degree in an accredited or pre-accredited college or university; or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree; or possession of a LL.B. or J.D degree, if related. Graduate level education must demonstrate the competencies necessary to do the work of the position, examples of qualifying fields include Business Administration, Finance, etc. (MUST

). OR C. Combination of education and experience : A combination of education and experience as listed above, that when combined equals 100% of the total requirement. (MUST

).
