This role is responsible for coordinating meal pack-out, managing inventory, assisting with billing and reporting, and maintaining accurate client records. The Program Coordinator supports daily program operations and works closely with volunteers to ensure efficient, accurate service delivery while advancing the organization's mission to end hunger and homelessness in Southwest Florida. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily meal pack-out operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency Coordinate daily beverage pack-out and cooler preparation Set up meal and beverage coolers each day Assist the Program Manager with weekly inventory of supplies (bags, beverages, trays, film) Coordinate monthly grocery and pet food pack-out Conduct bi-monthly collection calls for clients with overdue balances Collaborate with the Finance team to resolve billing issues, including autopay accounts Distribute donated items (e.g., birthday gifts, incontinence supplies, holiday items) as available Assist with client intake, enrollment, and termination processes Enter and maintain accurate client data in the ServTracker database Update client meal plans as needed Conduct ongoing client satisfaction surveys and enter results into ServTracker Answer phones and provide excellent customer service Crosstrain and provide coverage during staff absences Knowledge of Vicnet and support volunteer services Support kitchen team during daily meal pack-out Deliver meals on wheels routes when volunteer coverage is low Attend organizational fundraising events Qualifications & Requirements This role requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing carts, and working in a fast-paced operational environment Ability to lift 30 pounds Schedule includes early morning hours and occasional schedule adjustments Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable working with volunteers and diverse populations Ability to de-escalate challenging situations Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Problem-solving skills with the ability to research and resolve issues Moderate skill in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Frequently entering and exiting vehicles Must maintain an acceptable driving record throughout employment Ability to pass a background check Ability to work in a drug free environment The duties listed above are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed and are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities.
