Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Prepares and submits required monthly data reports, quarterly staff training logs, and quarterly community training logs according to contract requirements. Reviews community therapist monthly workbooks and billing. Approves and submits to Finance group for VOCA invoicing. Functions as the Records custodian for the program. Retains client records in secured location and assists with retrieving records at the request of the Program Coordinator. Assists with the completion of intake documentation with clients, caregivers, and/or referral sources to obtain demographic and pertinent clinical information prior to the evaluation of pending clients. Serves as point of contact for the office. Assists with maintenance of client waitlist as outlined with waitlist policies and provides regular updates to the Program Coordinator. Serves as the Community liaison for the program, building relationships within the community and the clients that we serve. Finds opportunities for us to exhibit our program at community events, meet with other community partners and train the community regarding sexual assault topics. Receives referral information during agency business hours. Notifies clients and any community partners involved of appointments. Maintains client calendar for services. Verifies intake information and sets up records in EMR system. Under the direction of the Program Coordinator, assists in onboarding new community and UF therapists and coordinating client services in house and referrals to community therapists. Organizes regular team meetings with division employees and community therapists. Sends out agendas, handouts, and any other documentation needed for the meetings. Creates the in person or online invites, takes notes and distributes meeting notes after. Serves as a subject matter expert for the EMR system, training new staff on best practices and policies and procedures regarding client notes and reporting functions.
EXPECTED SALARY
$42,000 to $52,000 annually depending on education and experience.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
PREFERRED
Bachelor's degree in social work and four years of working with grant funding and reporting. Valid driver's license and access to personal vehicle required.
