Position Summary The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing daily program operations, staff supervision, service delivery, compliance monitoring, and program performance outcomes. This role ensures programs operate efficiently, meet funding and regulatory requirements, and maintain high standards of client care and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, strategic thinker, problem solver, and team leader who can effectively manage people, priorities, and performance expectations in a dynamic nonprofit environment. Key Responsibilities Provide direct supervision, leadership, and support to program staff Monitor program operations to ensure quality service delivery Ensure compliance with agency policies, grant requirements, and regulatory standards Review documentation, reports, and program performance metrics Support staff development, coaching, accountability, and performance management Coordinate interdisciplinary communication and collaboration Address operational challenges and implement process improvements Assist with program reporting, audits, and outcome tracking Participate in strategic planning and organizational initiatives Foster positive relationships with community partners and stakeholders Support crisis management and problem resolution as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field required Master's degree preferred Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory or program management experience preferred Experience in nonprofit, housing, behavioral health, shelter, or social services environments strongly preferred Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience managing compliance, documentation, and performance expectations Ability to lead teams with professionalism, accountability, and empathy Proficiency with electronic systems, reporting platforms, and Microsoft Office applications What We're Looking For We are seeking a leader who is: Mission-driven and community-focused Professional, adaptable, and solutions-oriented Skilled at balancing compassion with accountability Organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively Confident in supervising teams and navigating operational challenges Motivated to improve systems, processes, and outcomes Committed to fostering a positive and productive workplace culture Confidential Recruitment Process This recruitment is being conducted confidentially.
