About the Role As a Program Manager Lead, you lead complex, cross‑functional programs that deliver strategic business and technology outcomes. You are accountable for end‑to‑end program execution, aligning teams, stakeholders, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery. Success is measured by achievement of program objectives, risk management, and predictable delivery of value. What you will be doing Lead large, multi‑workstream programs with significant business and technology impact Define program scope, objectives, success metrics, and delivery plans Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and financials across initiatives Coordinate cross‑functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to drive execution Establish governance, reporting, and communication rhythms for program transparency Track progress against milestones, timelines, and outcomes Proactively identify and resolve delivery, resource, and operational challenges Ensure alignment with regulatory, security, and operational requirements Drive continuous improvement in program delivery practices and execution maturity What you bring 10+ years of related experience stated below Advanced experience leading complex programs across business and technology teams Strong skills in program planning, execution, risk management, and governance Demonstrated ability to manage multiple dependencies and competing priorities Experience communicating program status and outcomes to senior stakeholders Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities Proven collaboration skills in matrixed, cross‑functional environments Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience Bonus if you have Experience delivering programs in financial services or regulated industries Familiarity with agile, hybrid, or scaled delivery frameworks Experience managing vendor or third‑party program components Program or project management certifications What we offer you Opportunities to make an impact in fintech Personal and professional learning Inclusive, diverse work environment Resources to give back to your community Competitive salary and benefits Privacy Statement FIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
