Specialized Experience :

One year of specialized experience which includes assisting with planning, organizing, and/or directing the work of personnel in support of maritime counter-narcotic operations; providing coordination duties such as diplomatic clearance processes, air/surface asset support, port requests or visits, and/or technical support for surface assets; and preparing and delivering written and oral products to an executive-level audience such as briefings, information/decision papers, tactical documents, and tactical messages. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service
