The Assured Mission Networks Division is seeking a Program Finance Lead responsible for managing the financial control of a critical program in Melbourne, FL. This role will be responsible for partnering with program managers and cross-functional teams to drive financial program execution, establish and maintain program financial plan, and perform detailed financial analysis to provide insight into cost and schedule health on a program.Essential Functions:
Lead program financials including development of time-phased integrated budgets and schedules, Earned Value (EV) data compliance and reporting, cost accounting and overseeing of cost and schedule integration Development of quarterly EACs; analyze/assist in accurate projection of Estimate to Complete (ETC), Estimate at Complete (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) data Ensure program EAC adherence to L3 Harris AC-13 and PM-05 policies. Evaluate, make recommendations and implement corrective actions where gaps exist Development and review of time-phased budgets; establishment of key performance metrics and milestones; ongoing reporting of Program(s) cost and schedule variances; investigation of financial irregularities; financial program compliance; prepare milestone invoices and analyze program cash forecast Partner with and provide guidance to Program Managers, Technical Leads, and Division/Sector leadership related to financial performance Responsible for influencing day-to-day execution of all financial activity related to Programs, Proposals, Reviews, including the development of strategies necessary to achieve program financial goals Partner with IPT members to execute baselining, Estimate to Completion (ETC), and change management processes Self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively work with people of all levels within the organization Ability to proactively solve complex problems and issues in a timely manner with limited supervision Strong sense of initiative, independence, closure, with ability to navigate multiple priorities within tight-deadlinesQualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- 2-5 years of experience with Hyperion, Peoplesoft & Queries.
- 6+ years of experience with EVM, financial performance reporting, internal/customer reporting,
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills set, including the capability to interface and present with internal and external customers and form strong business partnerships with key program leaders.
- Self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with people of all levels within the organization.
- Self-starter with ability to proactively solve complex problems and issues in a timely manner with limited supervision.
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Good organizational skills and capable of prioritizing and executing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
