The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Program Manager will have: 8+ years program management in electronics manufacturing Experience in aerospace or high-reliability industries Strong leadership and customer-facing skills Knowledge of SMT or high-volume manufacturing Experience with ERP systems (Syteline preferred) PMP certification preferred Strong financial and operational acumen ITAR eligibility required What's on Offer $110K
