Responsibilities Oversee multiple projects and programs to achieve strategic objectives Act as primary point of contact for program customers Support business development activities Develop and manage program budgets Set timelines, milestones, and deliverables Coordinate resources across engineering and production teams Monitor program progress and resolve issues Manage and submit program documentation Analyze financial performance and implement corrective actions Drive continuous improvement and value-added initiatives ?? Requirements Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Engineering, or related field 10+ years of relevant industry experience Program or project management experience Knowledge of program management methodologies and techniques Experience managing budgets and financial performance Strong communication (written and verbal) skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively Strong communication and presentation skills Must be able to work full-time onsite (core hours: M-F, 8am-3pm) Open to contract-to-hire (CTH) or direct hire depending on candidate preference
