House Manager up to $21.00/hr and ELIGIBLE FOR OVERTIME

The NEEDS Center is a local non-profit organization that provides services to adults with developmental disabilities and we are now hiring 2 House Managers for our Orange Park residential homes! Pay is up to $21.00/hr (based on experience) This is a Full-Time position and it is eligible for overtime. Schedule is 2nd shift and includes a weekend day In this position you will assist and support adults with developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible while enjoying all aspects of Community Living. Responsibilities include : Serving as a role model for staff in all areas of client programming, client services and professional practice. Supervising Assistant Program Coordinator and Program Specialist staff. Overseeing the day-to-day operation of a residential program. Schedule includes afternoons and weekend shifts. This position will include being on ratio at least 2 days per week and assisting with the hands-on, direct care support of the adults in our care. This includes personal care, grooming, preparing meals, bathing help, etc.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree preferred, not required At least 2 years of supervisory experience working in residential environment. Good supervisory and communication (verbal and written) skills.

MED ADMINISTRATION
