To provide operational supervision for all programs within the Victim Service Center. Provides operational direction, leadership, and supervision. Provides regular, high-quality supervision to the Lead Advocate, Lead Therapist and Clinical Manager, Forensic Nurse Manager, Volunteer & Outreach Manager. Delivers clinical supervision to registered interns as a Qualified Supervisor in accordance with Florida Department of Health standards. Addresses disciplinary matters promptly and documents all actions taken. Communicates information to staff in a timely, appropriate manner, demonstrating professionalism, tact, and discretion. Demonstrates effective leadership by establishing performance standards, defining roles and responsibilities, and delegating tasks appropriately. Fosters a positive work environment by motivating staff and promoting teamwork in the implementation of agency policies and procedures. Ensures all staff have a clear understanding of their roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations. Maintains regular engagement with staff to support and ensure the quality of ongoing services. Applies sound personnel practices in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of staff and volunteers. Supervises staff in a fair and consistent manner, provides clear direction, and leads by professional example. Oversees overall activities for the operations of the programs supervised. Ensures fidelity to VSC's service delivery model across acute, non-acute, volunteer/outreach, and therapeutic services, maintaining best practice standards for victim-centered care. Actively engages in efforts to enhance client services, identify service gaps, advocate for needed changes, share training and resources, and support the elimination of sexual violence. Participates in the development, implementation, and monitoring of VSC's strategic plans. Leads the Quality Improvement program to track and assess performance metrics and utilize findings to inform program enhancements. Ensures service quality through the implementation and oversight of client and partner feedback. Maintains efficient and well-organized program operations. Provides after-hours guidance and support to staff as needed. Monitors major expense categories, including personnel, supplies, and travel, in alignment with established budgets. Fosters positive internal and external working relationships, collaborating effectively to achieve agency goals and objectives. Keeps the Executive Director informed of program activities, needs, challenges, and administrative matters on a regular basis. Reviews and updates program policies and procedures to ensure relevance and compliance. Ensures timely completion and submission of all required monitoring and funding reports to grantors and funders. Demonstrates strong planning and organizational skills in managing program operations. Works collaboratively with the Executive Director to complete FCASV monitoring documentation. Ensures cases are appropriately assigned, services rendered, and documentation maintained in accordance with Agency protocol and procedures Serve as Administrator for Client database and create reports regularly and system updates as needed. Serves as Records Holder for organization and releases records as requested. Documentation reflects service activities provided. Ensures the programs meet the needs of the clients, utilizes the abilities of staff and that clients are provided with services or resources to return to their level of functioning prior to their victimization. Provide bi-monthly reports on program progress including data points for Board Review. Establishes short- and long-range goals for the programs. Designs, implements, and evaluates the effectiveness and quality of programs. Oversees quality assurance efforts for organization. Participates in administrative committees and meetings, training, staff development and community relations activities. Represents VSC on various committees, networks, and task forces as a brand ambassador to promote awareness of sexual violence and enhance system coordination. Provides leadership and coordination of the sexual assault response team activities for Orange, Osceola, and Seminole Counties. Attends key community partner and collaborative meetings. Regularly identify mutually beneficial partner entities and work towards securing formal relationships including referral opportunities and MOUs. Maintains up to date knowledge of best practices in the field. Participates in relevant staff development activities. Develops and implements appropriate in-service training for staff ensuring compliance with continuing education requirements. Provides a variety of community relations/education activities. Conducts all activities in such a way as to safeguard the confidential status of client information. Miscellaneous duties are performed according to instruction. Provides programmatic coverage as needed. Provides coverage for staff as needed to ensure continuity of services and maintain compliance with established protocols. Training and Experience Master's degree required (preferably in social services field) with experience working with crime victims Working knowledge of the dynamics of victimization and sexual abuse/assault and trauma. Minimum of two years' experience in a supervisory role. LCSW or LMHC Preferred. ADA COMPLIANCE
Physical Ability:
Tasks involve ability to exert light physical effort in sedentary to light work, but which mayinvolve some lifting, carrying, pushing and / or pulling of objects and materials of light weight (5 to 20 lbs). Sensory Requirements:

Tasks are regularly performed without exposure to adverse environmental conditions, such as dirt, dust pollen, odors, wetness, humidity, rain, fumes, temperature and noise extremes, machinery, vibration, electric currents, traffic hazards, animals/wildlife, toxic/poisonous agents, violence disease or pathogenic substances.
