This role provides leadership to program staff, ensures compliance with contractual and organizational requirements, monitors participant outcomes, and develops partnerships that support program success and community impact. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee program operations, activities, and service delivery. Supervise and support program staff, contractors, interns, and volunteers. Monitor program performance, participant outcomes, and compliance requirements. Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and support audits and program evaluations. Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations, employers, educational institutions, and stakeholders. Coordinate participant services, referrals, and supportive resources. Assist with program planning, implementation, and continuous improvement efforts. Represent the organization at community meetings, events, and partnership activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Business Administration, Public Administration, Education, Social Work, Nonprofit Management, or a related field preferred. Minimum of two years of experience in program management, case management, workforce development, education, community services, or a related field. Experience supervising staff and managing grant-funded or community-based programs preferred. Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems.
