Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager (PMO Lead) to support a large-scale modernization program. This role will lead program governance, integrated scheduling, and risk/issue management across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead program governance, reporting cadence, and compliance activities Manage Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), including dependencies and critical paths Conduct schedule risk analysis and variance tracking Drive RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management Prepare executive-level status reports and dashboards Facilitate stakeholder meetings and governance forums Mentor project managers and ensure delivery across program portfolio

Required Qualifications:

PMP Certification (Mandatory) 10+ years of IT / industry experience 5+ years managing complex enterprise-level projects 3+ years in leadership or program oversight roles Strong experience with MS Project, Primavera, or Jira Expertise in program governance, reporting, and risk management Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
