Job Description As a Translation Coordinator, you will play a critical role in driving success and innovation. Our work depends on a Translation Coordinator joining our team to coordinate translation requirements for a multilingual internet-based program. You will work closely with the project Translation Manager to ensure translation needs and resources are aligned.
HOW A TRANSLATION COORDINATOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Assists in recruiting and testing prospective translators and makes recommendations on translator selection and retention. Evaluates translation quality feedback to determine if feedback is objective or preferential and recommends resolutions for translation quality issues. Utilizes internet-based project-specific software applications to schedule translation and verification tasks. Monitors progress to ensure contractual and program schedule and quality standards are met. Resolves mid-process content adjustment issues to ensure smooth workflow and quality outcomes.WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Education:
Bachelor's Degree required in English, Journalism, or a related discipline; significant experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.Experience:
Requires 5+ years of related experience.Security Clearance Level:

Minimum active Secret clearance required; candidates with current TS/SCI eligibility are preferred. Selected candidates will be submitted for TS/SCI clearance.Skills and Abilities:
Strong organizational and coordination skills. Ability to evaluate translation quality feedback and recommend effective resolutions. Proficiency in utilizing internet-based software applications for scheduling and monitoring tasks. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with translators and project managers. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic operational environment.Location:
