This is a senior clinical leadership role spanning two coastal Florida facilities. Reporting to the Leadership Team, the Program Director ensures that group content, therapeutic curriculum, and trauma-focused programming consistently reflect best practices, organizational standards, and regulatory requirements. The role is equal parts curriculum builder, clinical consultant, and quality assurance driver — ideal for a licensed clinician who is passionate about trauma-informed care. What You'll OwnProgram Quality & Oversight Oversee the quality, integrity, and consistency of the clinical program across all levels of care. Regularly review group content, therapeutic curriculum, and program structure to ensure clinical excellence. Continuously evaluate and enhance offerings to align with evidence-based practices. Maintain high standards for documentation, group facilitation, and therapeutic interventions. Identify gaps and implement structured program enhancements. Group Observation & Clinical Coaching Sit in on group therapy sessions to monitor quality, engagement, and clinical effectiveness. Provide feedback and coaching to clinicians and group facilitators. Ensure groups remain structured, therapeutic, trauma-informed, and outcome-driven. Support consistency in group delivery across both campuses. Clinical Supervision & Consultation Facilitate weekly clinical supervision meetings. Serve as an ongoing clinical consultant on complex cases, treatment planning, and therapeutic challenges. Provide guidance on ethical considerations and clinical decision-making. Support interdisciplinary collaboration to enhance client outcomes. Trauma-Focused Programming Lead the development, enhancement, and oversight of trauma-focused programming. Ensure trauma-informed care principles are embedded throughout all services. Develop structured trauma curriculum and specialized group content. Monitor outcomes and refine programming to improve effectiveness. Curriculum & Content Development Create and refine clinical worksheets, group modules, treatment tools, and structured programming materials. Develop curriculum that can be applied consistently across groups and campuses. Ensure all materials are clinically sound, engaging, and aligned with treatment goals. Maintain organized, accessible curriculum resources for staff. Program Visibility & Marketing Support Develop clinical content for the website and marketing materials that highlight program strengths. Create educational content that demonstrates the depth and structure of services offered. Collaborate with leadership to accurately represent the clinical model to the community. Support branding of the trauma program and other specialty services through curriculum highlights. What You BringRequired Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or a related health field from an accredited institution. Active Florida licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT. Current CPR certification. Minimum 2 years of clinical management experience. Working knowledge of Joint Commission standards and continuous quality improvement principles. Strong understanding of clinical regulations, ethics, and evidence-based practice. Experience developing or refining clinical curriculum, group content, or treatment programming. Preferred Qualified Supervisor (QS) designation in Florida. Background in trauma-informed care models (e.g., Seeking Safety, TF-CBT, EMDR-informed programming). Prior experience in substance use disorder or residential behavioral health settings. Multi-site or multi-program clinical leadership experience. Experience contributing clinical content to marketing or educational materials. Schedule & Work Environment Full-time, on-site, exempt position. Primarily based at the Treasure Coast program, with regular presence at the West Palm Beach campus. Standard weekday schedule with occasional flexibility to support clinical operations. Low workplace hazard risk; standard office and clinical environment. Must successfully pass a Level 2 background check and pre-employment drug screen. Compensation & Benefits $95,000 - $115,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
