  • Alpharetta and NYC (Hybrid 3 days onsite)
  • Locals or nearby only Duration
  • Long term Execution Ownership Own endtoend delivery execution across multiple initiatives or workstreams.
Translate roadmap milestones into release plans, sprint goals, and delivery checkpoints. Ensure alignment between Product Owners priorities and delivery capacity. Track progress against committed scope, timeline, and quality objectives. Governance, Risk & Controls Ensure adherence to Morgan Stanley delivery governance, audit, and risk controls. Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs. Drive mitigation plans for delivery, technology, and operational risks. Ensure compliance with SDLC, release, and change management processes. Status Reporting & Stakeholder Communication Produce clear, concise, and accurate delivery status reports for leadership. Chair Service Delivery Status Meetings (monthly / weekly as required). Communicate delivery health using meaningful indicators: o Sprint predictability o Dependency risk o Quality signals o Release readiness Act as the single source of truth for delivery progress and issues.
