About the Role We are seeking a Program Manager to support a large portfolio of wireless telecommunications projects for a leading global commercial real estate services organization. This role will focus on managing project workflows, lease coordination, regulatory approvals, and operational processes across multiple stakeholders and teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of approximately 200 active wireless telecommunications projects from intake through lease execution and construction readiness Coordinate cross-functional workflows involving leasing, regulatory compliance, and construction activities Review and approve co-location and modification applications to ensure compliance with lease terms and zoning requirements Coordinate site sketches, structural analysis reviews, and market approvals to maintain project timelines and SLA adherence Support pricing analysis and approval workflows tied to lease negotiations and revenue optimization Partner with internal corporate real estate teams and external stakeholders to maintain project momentum Assist with lease drafting, exhibit review, compliance documentation, and execution processes Identify workflow inefficiencies and help develop operational improvements, process documentation, and job aids Track project progress and maintain accurate reporting across multiple initiatives Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in program coordination, project management, operations, telecommunications, real estate, or related environments Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities Experience reviewing documentation and maintaining process compliance Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment Microsoft Office Suite General computer proficiency Experience managing spreadsheets, project documentation, and reporting toolsSimilar jobs in Atlanta, GA
