Seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead enterprise observability and monitoring transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end delivery of monitoring and APM migration programs, driving cross-functional collaboration, operational readiness, stakeholder alignment, and successful deployment of observability capabilities across enterprise environments. Requirement/Must Have:
Strong experience in Program or Project Management delivering infrastructure, platform, or tooling transformation programs. Proven experience leading monitoring, observability, or APM migration projects. Strong understanding of observability domains including APM, metrics, logs, traces, synthetic monitoring, RUM, alerting, and dashboarding. Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional program deliveries with structured governance models. Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Experience managing risks, dependencies, governance, and operational readiness activities. Ability to coordinate infrastructure, application, security, operations, and vendor teams. Experience:
Experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, Datadog, or Splunk Observability. Experience implementing dashboards, SLA/SLO monitoring, and alerting solutions. Experience with synthetic monitoring rollout and enterprise onboarding strategies. Experience integrating monitoring tools with cloud, virtualization, and event management platforms. ITIL or Service Management experience preferred. Experience with cloud operations and hybrid infrastructure environments including Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform. Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end program delivery including scope, planning, milestones, governance, risk management, budgeting, and executive reporting. Drive cross-functional execution across application teams, infrastructure teams, SRE, NOC, security, compliance, and vendor organizations. Build and manage integrated cutover plans, dependencies, and hyper-care support models. Lead migration activities from existing monitoring and APM tools to target observability platforms. Define onboarding methodologies based on application criticality and technology compatibility. Drive implementation of dashboards, reporting, alerting, anomaly detection, and synthetic monitoring solutions. Coordinate integrations with cloud, virtualization, and event management platforms. Act as the primary interface for business and technology stakeholders. Manage vendor coordination, rollout schedules, escalation management, and support activities. Ensure operational readiness through training, documentation, runbooks, and support handover processes. Establish governance controls, security approvals, documentation standards, and audit readiness practices. Manage program risks and mitigation plans to minimize operational impact during migrations and cutovers. Should Have:
