This pivotal role involves overseeing comprehensive HR programs, ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws, and driving talent management strategies that foster a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for people development, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to organizational growth. As a key leader, you will collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement HR solutions that align with business objectives, enhance employee engagement, and support operational excellence. Responsibilities Program Manager - HR Transformation We are seeking a Program Manager to support HR transformation initiatives, with a focus on driving the successful delivery of the E360 program through strong project governance, Agile execution, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and providing clear, executive-level reporting within enterprise environments. This role will partner closely with HR, Technology, Data, and business teams to ensure alignment across workstreams, maintain transparency, and drive accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee program governance and ensure alignment across cross-functional workstreams. Manage project plans, timelines, and dependencies to support successful delivery. Monitor and track risks, issues, and key decisions, ensuring timely escalation as needed. Drive Agile execution and support coordination across project teams. Provide regular stakeholder and executive reporting on program status and progress.
Qualifications:
Experience leading program management efforts within large-scale initiatives. Strong understanding of project governance frameworks and Agile methodologies. Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment. Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Pay:
$60.00 - $70.00 per hour
